I am very, very please with the way your company is working. It is very professional and prompt, and I love the way you show me what has been done and what to do, I am sure I will be able to sort so many more things out myself with this sort of input that is so easy to understand.

The operators (Jay Haston)were very helpful but spoke rather too quickly for me and my hearing difficulties made the operation slow.

I only object the way that I was made a customer, otherwise the technicians know what they are doing.

I was looking for.. Microsoft’s contact no., and God knows how? I reached helppconline. But, this was a sweet mistake. A rep from United kingdom cleared air, very beginning that he is not Microsoft. But he can help me fix my Outlook issue. Due to time constraint I agreed. (you know how tough it is to dial these support numbers and follow instructions to reach a representative) Technician, I was talking to was extremely polite and smart. It took 35 minutes to fix my Outlook issue. I’m more than happy with the kind of response I got. I have no issues talking to helppconline, they help me keep my problems at bay. helppconline Carry on…! Good work!

This company cold calls to tell you your computer has a problem. The problems are caused by them when they start giving you advice. It's a complete and utter scam.

I'm sure it's a scam. Have been called several times over the past few days from numbers starting with 01607, always Asian sounding person with very English sounding names. Always same "message"- My computer is infected and they know this because of messages I've sent to Microsoft.
When asked for web address, always give www.helppconline.com. If I've nothing better to do I keep them talking and when they eventually ask for the on screen message after I have told them (wrongly) that I have followed their instructions I tell them that it says "Some B*****d is trying to hack into your computer".

Henry with the Indian accent (Kolkata I believe) was VERY pushy and impatient. He claims your PC is being hacked and takes you to a window that shows a load of recent error messages, then tells you he will clean it and asks you to log onto a website. that's when I thought STOP! do not be so stupid. NEVER take sweets from strangers I was told as a child...and CERTAINLY never let a stranger into your computer...do not be Naive! If they have got into your computer, best suggestion is dump it and buy an Apple Mac. You wont have to worry about viruses then...and Henry, Jeremy, Garry, David...and every other fake named telesales operator in Kolkata will be stopped from stealing the registration fee and your personal information. Good Luck and be Wise.
